Therapy is collaborative

I bring my professional and therapeutic expertise, clients bring their expert knowledge of themselves.

Together we can make sense and solve the puzzle.

About Hannah

I am genuine, friendly & professional. I listen and help clients find ways to become their own therapeutic coach, with a focus on exploring alternative ways of thinking and responding to problems or difficulties.

To initially embark upon therapy and accept there is a need for change will often be the hardest step to take. My goal is to provide a welcoming platform to help you with this journey going forward.
