About Hannah
I am fully accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR Practitioner with over 9 years clinical experience. Using evidence based approaches, I’m passionate about helping people make better sense of their difficulties and feel better equipped to deal with their journey ahead.

Private Therapy
I offer remote online therapy via secure video platform. I treat clients facing a wide variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression and trauma related difficulties.

Mental Fitness
My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that we can pro-actively build our mental fitness, just as we build our physical fitness. Therapy is the training ground to build your mental fitness.
